Get to Know Tracey
Rosemary Gourmet was founded by chef Tracey Leonhard in 2015 upon her return to Wisconsin. Tracey started her culinary career at a young age in the family kitchen alongside her mom, Rosemary, the namesake of Rosemary Gourmet.
Although Rosemary didn't always like to cook, she still prepared dinner every night, enjoying the time spent with her family, talking and catching up on everyone’s day. During those nights, Tracey began to find her passion for all things food while learning the basics from her mom.
Since those early days, Tracey has spent over 30 years in the Elkhart Lake restaurant scene, including Paddock Club, Siebkens Resort and Lake Street Cafe, as well as cooking in kitchens in Southern California. Her menu items are created using fresh ingredients and sustainable and ethically raised local and organic products whenever possible.
Tracey enjoys servicing her clientele locally and across eastern Wisconsin all year round, while finding time for hiking and skiing when she has free time! She looks forward to bringing her expertise and creations to your home.
